This is recipe for strawberry smoothie, but if you haven't got strawberries in your house , you can replace them with some other fruits, you like :)
You'll need:
- 1 cup soy/normal milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats ( optionally )
- 1 broken into chunks babana
- 10-20 frozen/fresh strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1,5 teaspoon white sugar
- In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. :) Enjoy you meal :)
- Also if you want you can add a little bit of whipped cream of the top of your drink :)
